I have been thinking about moving for quite a few years now, but the thought of packing the whole house up absolutely scares the life out of me.

It’s not like we need extra room all the time. The kids are growing up now so we don’t need as much room for all their toys as it would seem the computer consoles have taken over. When the family all come round though for a do, we could really do with the extra room.

As the family grow up, it’s not just them who pop round.Nowadays my nephews and nieces all have partners, so we are upto about 30 now when all the family come round.

Much as I adore the family, squeezing us all into our small dining room is getting a bit ridiculous.A tin of sardines springs to mind when we are all squashed in together, and if you happen to be stuck in the corner and need to escape to the loo, you stand virtually no chance.

A simple solution to my problem is to get a conservatory.

Because I live in the Surrey area, I thought my best bet would be do start a search using the Internet. I put in a search for Edwardian Conservatories Surrey, Victorian Conservatories Surrey and even Surrey Conservatories.

I was amazed at how many different companies are showing up on the Internet. How do you start your search and make sure you choose the right company.

I think this conservatory lark is going to be bigger than I thought. It’s going to take quite a bit of research because I know it’s not a huge amount of money, it is money that needs to be spent prudently. There are some stunning designs on the market, so I don’t really think design alone is going to be the deciding feature.A few of the websites I searched on had feedback sections from previous customers and I think this is a great idea.

Well something I do know is that I am going to have to get a wriggle on and decide because the next big family event is only a few months away and I want everything to be sorted by then.
