There do seem to be many things you can do to make the home look a lot more presentable to people coming in lookign to buy it, tidying up is just one of the easiest options. A very expensive option is to decorate a room such as the front room or kitchen. I really do not get exactly why people are interested in the kitchen area but they seem to be so make sure you look into. Do not bother with bedrooms because people couldn’t care less what they look like simply because this is a room they will do up in their own time.
